We ship directly from our trusted international warehouses to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.


Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

As we process orders quickly, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, we cannot guarantee changes – but you can always return your order for a full refund once received.


What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.


When Will My Order Be Processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, with shipping the following day.
Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.


How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

What If I Don’t Receive My Order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.


Will I Be Charged Customs and Taxes?

All prices shown on our website include VAT/tax.
However, import duties, customs fees, or additional charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for customs delays. For more information, please contact your local customs office.


How Do I Return an Item?

What If the Item(s) I Received Are Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged?

If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • A short description of the issue

We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm cancellation.
  • PayPal: Refunds are usually processed faster, but may still take several business days to appear.

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider directly, as posting times may vary.
